EWI Distribution was founded by Larry Dye.
At the request of several EV Dealers, Larry went in search of additional
Electric Vehicles sources to supply those EV Dealers with a product that
he and his Dealers could stand behind with confidence 100%.
That is very important that in this budding industry. Larry and his team
of Employees have made a huge impact toward making the Electric Vehicle
Industry as successful as possible knowing the end user is the most
important person, the person that will finally make the electric car as
common as a light bulb.
Not letting the Oil Kings of today stifle the very technology that is readily
available and can be used efficiently in all of our lives today. Here is the
bottom line, any new technology to replace the present internal combustion
engine relies on a new fuel source. That fuel source will not be available to
you or me for a few years because of the new infrastructure needed to
supply that fuel. Where are you gonna get a tank of hydrogen? We chose
electricity as a source of energy because the infrastructure is in place, in
fact
it is so common you will plug your car in at your home or office, or
at the
local eatery while dining, at work, at your friends while visiting, or
any other
place where you can get a light bulb to work! THAT is why electric
vehicles
are the answer to America’s oil crisis. We have a chance to make a
difference
and we are going to give it our all.
Presently we have Motorcycles and we are also testing LiFePO4 batteries.
It is our goal to have these batteries available for purchase to Dealers only
in October. These batteries are 72v 100ah Lithium Iron Phosphate
We are doing our first test in a Xebra PK, go figure. This specific Xebra PK
had an increase of 2 ½ times the the range of comparable Lead Acid
batteries.
I’m not sure but I think Larry and his team are the first to have
the LiFePO4 Available.
